Ann + Ryan
Ann and Ryan have been together for fourteen years. When they first got in touch with us, they told us about how they did life a little backward. They met in college, had two children, bought a home, had another baby, and then got married. They didn’t have time to plan a big wedding, so instead they opted for a courthouse wedding with a small celebration the following weekend. But one thing that was missing from their wedding day was photos.
So when Ann and Ryan had a three day weekend off, they decided to fly to Colorado to renew their vows. During their three days in Colorado, they managed to explore much of the state! They based themselves in Denver and made day trips to Estes Park, Colorado Springs, and up I-70.
When we were planning what their vow renewal would look like, Ann and Ryan told us that they wanted a location with a lake and a location with incredible top-of-the-world mountain views, all within an hour and a half of their hotel in Denver. One thing we love about Colorado is that you don’t have to drive too far to get amazing views.
We spent the day hiking, exploring, hearing stories about Ann and Ryan’s children, and celebrating all that the past fourteen years have brought them.
