Having 10.5 hours of coverage gave A + Z time to have a ceremony at a private rental with their family and friends, before spending the rest of the day hiking and off-roading in the mountains.
Elopement with Guests:
A + Z had 19 guests. They chose to have their ceremony at a private rental and then celebrate with brunch tacos afterward. Then they spent the rest of the evening adventuring just the two of them (and their 2 best friends).

“Lisa and Alex were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to elope, and we were immediately drawn to Lisa and Alex because of their stunning photography. Once we decided to work with them, we realized they were so much more than just incredible photographers. They were planners, guides, and genuine assets throughout the entire process.
They were so organized and intentional, helping us plan the most amazing day from start to finish. They sent us countless well-researched options for everything - venues, accommodations, adventures, florals, hair and makeup, and more. They helped us know what to pack, how to talk to our friends and families about why we were choosing to elope, and were always quick to answer any questions we had. At one point I mentioned feeling overwhelmed, and they immediately offered to take anything off our plate that they could. They were flexible, kind, and made the entire planning experience so stress-free.
When our elopement day finally arrived, it was everything I could have dreamed of and more - truly perfect. I don’t think many people can say their wedding day was flawless and free of stress, but I can, and that’s entirely thanks to Lisa and Alex. They managed our nerves with so much calm and care.
We brought our two best friends along for the hike portion of the day (which we forgot to mention ahead of time!), and Lisa and Alex took it completely in stride. They were kind, flexible, and genuinely excited to have everyone there. The adventure of the afternoon lasted nearly eight hours, and they were so thoughtful the entire time - making sure everyone stayed hydrated, offering snacks, medicine, and encouragement. When the altitude got to me, they built in breaks and used the time to capture even more incredible photos and video.
There were so many small moments that showed just how caring they are - from laughing with us when my best friend and I had to pee on the mountain (in my wedding dress!) to Lisa walking with me later that night to find a bathroom and standing guard outside. Those little acts of thoughtfulness made such a difference.
And of course, the photos and video they captured are beyond phenomenal - truly breathtaking. But honestly, their work speaks for itself. What you don’t see behind the lens is just how genuine, kind, and dedicated they are to creating a meaningful, joyful experience for their couples.
Our elopement was perfect, and I can say without hesitation that Lisa and Alex are the reason why. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone, they are the best decision we could have made.”
