The Best Event-Friendly Small Wedding and Elopement Rentals in the Colorado Foothills

Our favorite place to search for event-friendly rentals is through the home rentals site, Vrbo. This site is very similar to Airbnb, has some incredible listings, and has a great search feature! In the past, we recommended that our couples look for event-friendly rentals on Airbnb, but in August 2020, Airbnb put a ban on parties and events at their listings. Since then, they have updated their policy to ban disruptive gatherings. And while most elopements and small weddings would likely not be disruptive, you might not want any gray area on your wedding day. So we now only recommend looking on Vrbo or other private home listing sites.
